About Us
WorkXPlay comprises a small and dynamic team of specialists led by serial entrepreneur, Ming, working to bring exciting and monetizable tech based projects to life.
We don’t believe in boxes. We are the box.
We are not limited to any specific sector or “discipline”.
Instead, we work on the stuff we like. On “problems” that annoy us. On things we believe should be better.
Right now, this is the stuff we like, and annoys us at the same time:
1) We like the internet
2) We like Mobile
3) We like Social Media
4) We like E-commerce
5) We like virality
6) We like ART
7) We like to Play
8) We like working with partners who know their shit.
As our projects are brought to life, we will update them in the space below. So do check back!
Our Name
Our name, Work X Play is inspired by the culture, projects, and impact we want to build with our company.
Culture: We want our crew to see their work not JUST as work, but also as play. As cool shit they enjoy doing or problems they want to solve. We believe this is the magic sauce for innovation.
Projects: When we execute our projects, we are serious about solving a problem, but at the same time, equally serious about injecting a slice of PLAY in the mix.
Impact: It’s no use, keeping all that fun to ourselves. We want the way we do things, and the innovative products we put into people’s hands to spread like wildfire.

The Tao of WorkXPlay
In the words of others
“If it falls your lot to be a street sweeper, go out and sweep streets like Michelangelo painted pictures. Sweep streets like Handel and Beethoven composed music. Sweep streets like Shakespeare wrote poetry. Sweep streets so well that all the hosts of heaven and earth will have to pause and say, here lived a great street sweeper who swept his job well.”
“The law of work seems unfair, but nothing can change it; the more enjoyment you get out of your work, the more money you will make.”
“Your work is going to fill a large part of your life, and the only way to be truly satisfied is to do what you believe is great work. And the only way to do great work is to love what you do.”
“Pleasure in the job puts perfection in the work.
